Life Group Leaders are the life-line of the ministry. These are the ones who will have the day-in and day-out relationship with the students.  What you do is so important and we cannot thank you enough for your investment.  The seeds you are sowing have the possibility of “producing crops that are thirty, sixty and even a hundred times as much as has been planted” (Matthew 13:8).  We are so glad that you want to invest in students’ lives for the glory of God.  We want you to be successful, so we’re going to teach you everything we know about how to disciple students. The hospitality team is vitally important… they are the “face” of the ministry.  The manner by which we greet the parents and students as they come on campus is going to shape their thoughts of our ministry… and in some ways, their view of God.  Your energy and excitement for the night will be contagious and they will feed off your energy.  Thanks for helping out in this area and helping start off the night on a positive note!  You play a huge role in this ministry!
